  1. Complimentary Consultation

    At Anew Journeys, we are pleased to offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to all potential clients. During this initial consultation, we will discuss your travel goals, preferences, and logistics to better understand your needs and ensure we can provide a tailored experience.

  2. Travel Planning Services & Fees

    After the initial consultation, we will review the full details and logistics of your trip to determine the scope of work required. Depending on the complexity and specific requirements of your journey, a nominal planning fee may apply. This fee will be communicated to you before any further planning is undertaken and will be determined based on factors such as:

    • The size of the group

    • Length of the trip

    • Customization of itinerary

    • Special requests or unique travel requirements

    • Time and resources necessary for booking and planning

    The nominal fee is designed to ensure that we dedicate the necessary time and resources to provide you with an unforgettable experience. We strive to keep these fees transparent and reasonable, and they will be discussed upfront with no hidden costs.

  3. Payment Options & Payment Plans

    We understand that planning a trip can be a significant investment, and we strive to offer flexible payment options to accommodate your needs. Many of the vendors we work with, including airlines, cruise lines, and tour operators, offer payment plans through providers like Uplift. These payment plans allow you to spread the cost of your trip over time, making it more manageable.

    Please note that payment plans are subject to the terms and conditions of the vendor offering them. Anew Journeys does not manage these plans directly but will provide you with all necessary information to set up a payment plan if available. All payment terms, including interest rates, installment schedules, and any associated fees, will be clearly communicated by the vendor.

  4. Payment & Refund Policy

    Once a nominal fee has been agreed upon and confirmed, a non-refundable deposit will be required to begin detailed planning and booking. All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or through a vendor’s payment plan option. Should there be any cancellations, refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the vendors or suppliers with whom your travel arrangements have been made.

  5. Changes to Itinerary

    Any significant changes to the itinerary after booking may incur additional charges, depending on the nature of the changes and the time required to adjust reservations or bookings. We will always communicate any such fees before proceeding with alterations.

  6. Responsibilities

    Anew Journeys acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators). We do not own or control these third-party services, and therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any acts, omissions, or errors by these service providers. We will, however, do our utmost to ensure your trip is executed smoothly.

  7. Travel Insurance

    We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and other disruptions to your travel plans.

  8. Liability Waiver

    By engaging Anew Journeys for travel planning services, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks involved in travel and agree to hold Anew Journeys harmless for any losses, injuries, or damages incurred during your trip.
